I'm beginning to think something is wrong with me. I'm getting very tired. maybe i'm not eating enough. i get enough water. every time i get into the kitchen i drink at least on 20oz glass of water.


today's workout i did great on my intervals: I did 6 cycles. powered thru and tried jumping jacks as my burst today.

my resitantce workout:

by the time i got done with the last superset of B i was dizzy. i was working with 5lbs dumbbells instead of the 8s. I just don't get it.


Dinner was pork stir fry with a light orange suace and rice followed by 4 strawberries.

snack: handful of masala seasoned chickpeas

lunch: faux grilled cheese: 7 grain bread, olive oil, garlic powder and 2 sclices cheese

snack: almonds and cranberries

breakfast: oatmeal with bananas and honey and OJ

i just don't get it.
