This is my reflection for week 2 of my postpartum weightloss journey.
week 1: i was a sz 16/14 and was loosing weight. However my eating wasn't where i neede dit to be though it was improving i was putting more whole grains in ( oatmeal with peanut butter is divine). Getting to workout was tough but i was getting it done.
week 2: this week was tough. as it was really difficult to get even small workouts in. I was tired and just wanted to sleep. But i got workouts in and even carried the baby during some of the Leslie Sansone walking. Got up to 2 miles this week. Felt good to walk with that video. Also did my first set if HIIT today. 30 sec brisk walking then my Sprint period were various movements to get my heart rate up ..plyometics and such. I felt very strong. I did also lose 2 more pounds so I am 28lbs away fro m my goal weight. I do wonder sine i have almost reach my size goal if i will be smaller size or will the fat melt away and just lend to muscle tone and definition.
