I can't believe it's week 7 already! I feel great.
Inches have fallen off and clothing is fitting better. i am 3 lbs from my post pregnancy weight of 176.
Today's workout: The hardest part was the side plank with the pulses but it went better with all the tips i got last time. Slipping here and there, but i push through it.
Need to get a medicine ball i think it will be better than the Jedi light saber i've been using. But i like having the "sword" in my hands it make such a great visual..especially when i light it up..lol
my push ups were better. I have a way to get more of the Holly style push ups in. I alternate with the traditional arm position of the push up with the form in the book. I will try this week and next week to put more FYM push up style in and lessen the traditional style. That way i don't feel so defeated.
i would love to get to this point:
