Okay, thank you for your support and listening to me whine and throw my fit of frustration.

I have planned my meals for the week and this is what they will be:

1. Squash-quinoa soup it makes 6 1 1/3c serving so i can freeze it hand have it when i want it. Had it today for dinner and it's tasty. protein packed with 19g protien. coool!

2. Sopa de Calabaza: makes 8 servings another i can freeze and pick up when i want it.
That i will have with scallops to add protein. My sister in law suggested shrimp but i've had many ad experiences with shrimp so I'll think about it. Reducing the heavy cream so it's healthier.

3. Chipotle Sweet Potato Soup with Queso Blanco: pg 149 of the Feb 09 Ladies Home Journal
200 cal, 5.5 g fat, 1.5 sat fat, 408 mg sodium, 30g carb, 8 mg chol, 7 g pro, 3 g fiber per serving makes 10 cups.

will add a protein maybe a grilled chicken

4. Caramelized onion soup: http://www.bhg.com/recipe/soups/caramelized-onion-soup/

5. Smoky Tomato Salmon Chowder: http://www.bhg.com/recipe/soups/smoky-tomato-salmon-chowder/
