Okay the hard work continues to pour itself on. I'm up to the challenge though. I 'm up at my parent's house so i had to use 5lb weights in each hand. i have 8lbs at home which i do like to use. so next workout B will be a good one.
The ab blaster and the mountain climber were the real challenges of this workout for me and i felt them immediately. i feel now like i'm wearing a girdle. like the "girle muscles" of my abdomen are pullin in tight..it's a neat sensation.
I have to say i do like the B workout.
