Today's workout was different but good. I was at home for this one so i got to use my 8lbs weights. Definitely makes a heck of a difference. My step is also taller than the small one my mom let me use. 14" versus 8".
I was on tile for my core workout versus rug at my mom's so that was making the movements a little more difficult b/c i was sliding backwards.
maybe next time i'll have to use the yoga mat to avoid slipping.
on to stretch and go to bed with a good book.
