Tough is the word that comes to mind here.Today i got thru. I felt weak today. is this normal? am i just tired from my period? maybe i didn't drink enough water today?
I would do the max of the first superset movement for all three supersets and then the minimum for the second movement.
eg: 8 rear lunges each leg
10 kneeling push-ups
it was very odd but i got through and feel better for having done so.
just so tired. going to bed.
